Some larger items are subject to larger shipping costs, due to increased weight of the package. Weights are displayed on each product and the shipping prices are listed below for your reference.

UK Royal Mail First Class / Recorded Delivery
| UK Orders are sent via 1st class mail (for orders under £15.00) and recorded delivery (for orders over £15.00) Standard UK Mainland post from the Royal Mail. This service usually arrives the day after it is shipped, however sometimes it can take longer. Recorded delivery is shipped along with standard first class mail, however it requires a signature, and can be tracked to a certain extent through the royal mail website at www.RoyalMail.com. Compensation is available for lost packages is available from the Royal Mail up to £28.00 |

UK Special Delivery - Next Working Day by 1pm*
| UK Mainland Special Delivery is the quickest and most reliable service offered by Royal Mail. Packages shipped via Special Delivery will arrive the next day before 1pm, or your shipping money back. We've never heard of a case of a Special Delivery package going missing. We've been told that in the event of a Special Delivery package being misplaced, the offending postman is fired on the spot! Compensation is available from the Royal Mail, up to £250 with options to increse cover to £1000 if required. Full tracking is available through the Royal Mail website http://www.RoyalMail.com. |

Royal Mail Standard International Mail
|
Standard International is the most basic of the Royal Mail's overseas services. There is no tracking facility available and packages generally take around a week to arrive. We would not recommend this service for larger or more expensive orders. |

Royal Mail 'Signed for' Registered International Mail
| Packages must be signed for on receipt, there is a tracking facility on www.RoyalMail.com which unfortunately, can only track packages up until the point that they leave the UK, and compensation is available for lost packages up to £28.00. Packages are supposed to take a week, however the Royal Mail will not accept a package as being 'lost' until after 2 months. We are unable to ship replacement packages until that time. |

Fed-Ex is by far the best form of overseas shipping. Full, comprehensive tracking is available at www.FedEx.com. Prices range according to weight, however Fed-Ex are able to ship packages anywhere in the US within 48 hours, and the rest of the world in a few days. Full and comprehensive tracking is available through www.FedEx.com. We have never heard of a case of a Fed-Ex package go missing, however full compenstaion is available, with the exception of glass products. Legal Highs, Mushrooms and seeds are not able to be shipped via Fed-Ex. Please note, that while Fed-Ex offer a 'next day' service, the intricities of customs mean that packages rarely arrive on the next actual day. Fed-Ex will try to deliver the package to you several times, however if you are not available and unable to be contacted, Fed-Ex will eventually send the items back to ourselves. They charge us a fenominal amount to return packages, which differs in each case. PLEASE make sure you are available to sign for your Fed-Ex package, as any extra charges incurred by us, will be passed on to you. |
